We're pretty much always available, and we'd love to hear from you.

We started out in 2001 helping our local school with their computers. Sometimes, the hardware and the software didn't work the way they should, and the hardware support company said "your problem's with the software", while the software company said "talk to your hardware supplier". And somewhere in between, the children didn't get to go on the computers, and we thought that was sad. And we thought that it would be great if the school had someone they could turn to, who'd sort out the problem with both the hardware and the software, and would never say "that's not my problem" and who would try to fix anything, no matter what it was or where it came from. And if that someone could also help to fill out the hard ICT forms and give the school advice about IT strategy and development and install new PCs and set up new users and reset the password when it got forgotten, that would be even better. So the idea of an 'ICT Partner' was born, and we've been helping schools and businesses ever since.

And why Boothenwood? Well, Boothenwood, or Boothen is an area in Stoke-on-Trent where the Bradley family settled sometime in the 1960s. They had three boys, and the eldest got interested in computers after studying the philosophy of Maths at University. He got married and moved to Banbury and when his eldest son started primary school he started to help out with the computers...
And Boothen is the old English word for pig-pen, or pig-farm, so Boothenwood is the 'wood of the pig-pens', hence our logo.
